A DESPERATE PLEA FOR HELP
MASSIVE SEARCH EFFORT CONTINUES FOR TWO MISSING ELK HUNTERS IN SOUTHERN COLORADO WILDERNESS
In the rugged expanse of southern Colorado's San Juan Wilderness, a desperate multi-agency search operation is underway for two experienced young hunters who vanished during an elk hunting trip nearly five days ago. As of Tuesday afternoon, authorities have yet to locate Andrew Porter, 25, from Asheville, North Carolina, and Ian Stasko, 25, from Salt Lake City, Utah, despite deploying ground teams, helicopters, drones, and K-9 units in one of the most challenging terrains the region offers.
The duo, both described by family as "savvy outdoorsmen" and physically fit, embarked on the trip with months of preparation behind them. They had been scouting the area for about six months and were set to return to their vehicle at the Rio De Los Pinos Trailhead west of Trujillo Meadows Reservoir in Conejos County. However, the last communication from the pair came on Thursday of last week, after some severe weather swept through the area, potentially complicating their plansโฆ

VIDEO // SOME THINGS JUST HAVE TO BE SEEN
๐คค Scratch that itch, buddy. This photographer found a tree (in Alaska, I believe) that had a bunch of bear fur on it and figured it to be a scratching post that a lot of bears used. He stuck a camera up in said tree, confirmed his hunch, and got some awesome footage in the process.
My wife could hide a camera on the corner of any wall in my house and get similar footage or me doing the same damn thingโฆ

WANDERINGS // A SFW GLIMPSE OF OUR BROWSER HISTORY
This is a great time to get out there. The summer rush is ending, the leaves are about to change, and hunting seasons are opening up across the country. And seeing as how no one is posting their best hunting spots on the world wide web, weโve gotten lost wandering these US bridges that offer stunning vistas, some of the best trails in America and the ten best lakefront hotels in which you can lay your head. In the event that you are thinking about education rather than travel, thatโs fair. You might as well look into Hot Dog University. The football team sucks, but I hear the food is great.
